UK Orders
Orders are dispatched with Royal Mail and posted Tracked 48 as standard, which is estimated to be delivered in 2-4 working days once dispatched. Upgrades are available at checkout to Tracked 24, with delivery estimates of 1-3 working days after dispatch.

What if I make a mistake when taking the prints?
We recommend reading the instructions before starting and taking your time to position your baby's hand or foot. Your kit includes two sheets of printing paper, giving you some flexibility when creating your keepsake. If you have chosen the ink pad, we recommend practicing on a test sheet of paper first.
Can I personalise the footprint kit?
Yes! Simply enter the name and birth details you'd like when placing your order. Please double-check your spelling before submitting your order.
What is the difference between the standard ink pad and the inkless ink pad?
Both options are a lovely way to capture your baby's tiny handprints or footprints!
Standard Ink Pad: Our standard ink pads use baby-safe, non-toxic, water-based ink to create beautiful, detailed prints. The ink comes into contact with your baby's skin but can be easily washed off afterwards using warm water and baby-friendly soap or wipes. The ink pad can also be reused to create additional prints.
Inkless Ink Pad: Our inkless option uses a special printing solution and treated paper to capture your baby's handprints or footprints without leaving visible ink on their skin. It's a great choice if you'd prefer a cleaner, mess-free printing experience.
Both options are designed to help you create precious keepsakes to treasure for years to come!
What is included in my footprint kit?
Each kit includes your chosen personalised A4 print design, two sheets of printing paper and two inkless printing pads, along with instructions to help you capture your baby's prints.
Can I use the inkless pads more than once?
Each pad contains a limited amount of printing solution. Depending on how much of the pad is used, it may be possible to take more than one impression, but we recommend planning your prints carefully as repeated use can affect the results.
Can I use the kit for both handprints and footprints?
Yes! You can use the kit to capture your baby's handprints or footprints, depending on your chosen design. For the best results, we recommend following the instructions carefully and allowing enough space for each print.
What age is the footprint kit suitable for?
Our footprint kits are ideal for capturing those precious early memories, from tiny newborn feet to growing little hands. Suitability will depend on your baby's hand or foot size and the space available on your chosen design. The inkless pads are suitable for up to 6 month old, whereas the ink pad can be stamped onto a hand or foot for an older baby/child.
