FAQs
Can I personalise the lanyard?
Yes! Simply enter the name you'd like when placing your order. Please double-check your spelling before submitting your order.
Does the lanyard have a breakaway clip?
Yes! Our lanyards feature a breakaway safety clip designed to release if the lanyard becomes caught or pulled with sufficient force.
The breakaway clip is intended as an emergency release rather than a fastening for regular opening and closing, as repeated use may weaken the mechanism.
Please note that if the lanyard becomes caught or pulled, it may separate at its weakest point, which could be where the breakaway clip attaches to the lanyard, rather than at the clip itself.
Can I send this directly to the recipient?
Absolutely! We can send your order directly to the recipient's address. Simply enter their delivery address at checkout.
